Ingredients
½ cup whole milk or unsweetened almond milk
½ cup old fashioned oats
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
2 tsp brown sugar or Swerve brown sugar substitute
½ tsp pumpkin spice
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbs pecans, chopped
Instructions
Add ingredients to a sealable container or jar. I add them in this order: milk, oats, pumpkin puree, sweetener, vanilla extract, spices and nuts.
Mix well by stirring with a spoon.
Seal your jar or container and place in the refrigerator overnight ( or for at least 4 hours).
Enjoy these pumpkin pie overnight oats cold or warmed up with a little whipped cream, pumpkin spice, and more pecans for garnish.
